No. All you will need to do is take your frozen meal prep and throw it in the Fit Clean Mini Oven, which is the only way we would recommend you to do it. That’s the whole point of ordering from Fit Clean Meals - we take care of the shopping, cooking and cleaning. You just get to look awesome!
